From a very young age, I've always felt at home around children. As I grew older and began reflecting on my own learning journey, I realised how deeply I wanted to contribute to the world of childhood and adolescence.
Looking back, I often wished I had more space - space to learn at my own pace, explore my interests without judgment, and grow without being rushed. That clarity shaped my purpose.
At Nadi, my work is driven by that intention: to create a learning environment where young people can discover who they are, pursue what excites them, and develop confidence through choice, agency, and real-world experiences.

I've always believed that what worked in the past isn't necessarily what's best for today. Education must evolve. I keep questioning existing practices - not to reject them, but to see whether they still serve the world our children are stepping into, and how they can be improved.
Over time, it has become clear that our environment shapes learning far more than instruction ever can. We absorb more than we are taught, and we naturally become the average of the people closest to us.
Nadi is my response to these reflections - a space where young people don't have to trade their individuality for success. A place where they can grow, question, discover, and build a future that genuinely feels like their own.
